Anchor Oats Walnut Raisin Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
3/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups Walnut Raisin Oatmeal
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix flour and baking powder in separate bowl.
In large mixing bowl beat butter for 30 seconds, add brown sugar, granulated sugar, then egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture, mix until combined. Add oatmeal, mix until combined.
Drop by tablespoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes. Cookies will be crunchy if baked longer.
Will make 24-48 cookies depending on size. Bigger cookies are great for grab-and-go breakfast cookies.
