Ingredients: rolled oats, chia seeds, whole flax seeds, unsweetened coconut.
Recommended Preparation: Mix with about one cup of your favorite plain or flavored yogurt and top with honey or maple syrup if desired, mix all and enjoy. I use about a 1/4 cup of yogurt oats but feel free to add as much or as little as you like.
I love to add fresh berries and lots of honey. Apples and maple syrup are also great additions for a nice fall flavor twist.
